Blank Forks

Blank forks are forks without mounting hardware or attaching mechanisms. They are commonly used in the attachment industry and by individuals with fabrication capabilities. Neoteric offers a wide range of blank forks with various cross-sections and lengths to suit most applications or project requirements. We also provide custom work options.

ITA Forks

Standard ITA Forks are highly popular in the material handling industries. They feature a 20° chamfer upper and lower hook for easy mounting on a forklift carriage using an ITA pin-kit. This design allows for straightforward positioning and secure attachment of forks directly to a frame or carriage.Standard ITA forks come in five different carriage heights (ITA Class 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5), with each ITA class offering two standard ground clearance options (A & B). Neoteric can also supply custom ITA forks with special ground clearances and hook spacing options.

Shaft Forks

Shaft style forks are a preferred choice for situations requiring the transport of heavy loads. These forks feature a tube on the top or rear side of the fork upright, which slides over the shaft on the truck for mounting. Neoteric offers custom-designed shaft forks with lugs and lower hooks on the backside of the upright for fork positioner features. We can also provide custom tubes with slots and grease fitting options to meet specific customer requirements.

Bolt-on Forks

Bolt-on forks are forklift forks that attach to the forklift carriage using bolts, offering flexibility for easy replacement and customization. These forks have pre-drilled holes in the shank, which are used to secure them with bolts. While this design allows for quick adjustments and swapping, it reduces the load-bearing capacity compared to solid forks, as the holes create a weakened area (notch effect) in the metal. Bolt-on forks are commonly used on large forklifts and specialized attachments like multi-pallet handlers, especially in industries like beverage distribution, where multiple pallets need to be moved at once.

Peekaboo Forks

Peekaboo forklift forks feature a cut-out design that improves visibility for the operator, allowing better sight of the load and surroundings. This is especially useful when the forks need to fit into a tight pocket on the forklift carriage. Available in ITA hook and shaft-style mounting options, these forks are ideal for high-visibility, precision load handling in narrow aisles or tight spaces. They enhance safety and efficiency by allowing operators to see the load more clearly, making them suitable for applications in warehouses, distribution centers, and other environments where visibility is crucial.

AS/RS Order picker blade

These shorter and narrower blades designed for use in order picker machines, which are used to pick individual items from shelves at various heights. These blades are ideal for navigating tight spaces in warehouses and are often used in AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) applications where precise, high-level picking is required.
